CONCEPT DESIGN

Motor dealerships have become lifestyle retailers. 

When faced with designing a large complex of buildings with various functions for a very rugged brand we explored using the site as a playground.

This project consists of 3 phases.

Phase 1 comprises of a 1000m2 motor showroom with offices. 

Phase 2 is a 2000 m2 motor workshop and training centre and phase 3 is an outdoor venue with motor bike tracks, mountain biking and a variety of extreme sports.
