The Larimar group is a diversified group of companies with interests in the passenger transport, freight transport, vehicle manufacturing, vehicle retail, engineering, manufacturing, financial services and property sectors.

The company decided to move into an existing industrial office park and needed to do some extensive additions and alterations to the offices and factory. The building is 12 500 sqm under roof. 

As part of the training strategy the company follows,  a new training facility was constructed to allow for on-site training of mechanical and industrial processes.
An internal building was created under roof.  As the allowable bulk didn't allow for external alterations.
